ABOUT TOTUS
CONSULTANCY
Totus Consultancy was founded by me, Jordi Zwart. I am a strategic advisor and Operational Excellence consultant with a passion for smarter organization and better collaboration. I have been fortunate to work with many large organizations, which means best practices are not abstract to me; I live and breathe them.
Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of relationships and performance, always with a focus on optimization and continuous improvement. I also serve as the chair of a political party and am a registered mediator at Totus Mediation.
My experience includes:
• Process improvement and optimization as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• S&OP and Integrated Business Planning, including keynote speaking for the IBF
• Setting up service and insurance organizations
• Improving contract management and chain collaboration
• Implementing Operational Excellence in complex environments
What drives me is the belief that excellent collaboration begins with clear structure. Not bureaucracy, but predictable agreements, smooth handovers, and data-driven decision-making. That is what makes organizations agile and reliable.

Collaborations in service of society
Totus Consultancy was born from the observation that many organizations do not routinely apply the fundamental organizational structures and techniques that I considered standard.
With the help of these structures, techniques, and instruments, all rooted in the principles of Operational Excellence, my aim is to improve and maintain better, more efficient, and more structured organizations and partnerships, always in service of the end customer. Because better collaboration leads to better living.
Ultimately, Totus was founded to make a real contribution to the public sector: to become a partner that is easier to work with and more rewarding to build long-term strategic partnerships with. All to help make the Netherlands a better place, and keep it that way.

Better organization and better collaboration are two sides of the same coin. Structure without dialogue becomes rigid. Dialogue without structure remains non-committal.
At Totus Consultancy, I believe that true progress lies in the combination of both. That is why increased synergy with Totus Mediation is no coincidence, but a natural evolution. While Totus Consultancy helps organizations structure their processes and collaborations, Totus Mediation focuses on building and restoring trust, strengthening communication, and resolving deadlocked situations, especially in strategic partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
Looking ahead, I see growing potential for integrated support, where strategy, structure, and collaboration go hand in hand. Not necessarily driven by models or dogmas, but by people, interests, and clear agreements. The bridge between process and relationship, that is where the future of collaboration lies.
